Welcome to the JYA (jya.info) platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JYA. By accessing or using the JYA website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
This Bangla version of the Terms & Conditions is provided for your convenience. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative. JYA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and users will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner.
To register on JYA, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Creating an account with false details is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure at any time.
Use an active Bangladeshi mobile number — this will be your account identity.
Activate your account using the OTP sent to your number.
A KYC verification using your national ID may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
JYA strictly enforces an 18+ policy. For any account where age is in question, JYA may request proof of age documentation. Failure to provide the required documents or providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.
JYA supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL. All transactions are processed in BDT.
